The southwest monsoon may cover the entire country by the end of this month, well ahead of the usual date of Jul. 8, private weather forecasting agency Skymet said. The monsoon is expected to cover most of the country in the next 24–48 hours, G.P. Sharma, president of meteorology and climate change, Skymet, told ET Now channel Wednesday.
